A pregnant woman experiencing ‘pregnancy rage’ has lashed out at another woman due to frustration over a widespread and annoying behavior observed at fast-food establishments.
Maggie had been queuing for 20 minutes to place an order at a ‘sushi noodle shop’ located in Geelong, which is situated southwest of Melbourne.

After observing that a lady and her companion remained unsure about their choices while standing at the counter, she mentioned that her tolerance had reached its limit.
It seemed that the companion desired beef noodles with satay sauce, however, the woman promptly intervened, informing the staff that he actually dislikes satay.

The woman told her companion, “I believe when we visited this place previously, it was too warm for your liking. Do you still desire it? Alright then, we’ll order the satay.”
By now Maggie had seen red and simply wished to swiftly grab her two dumplings and leave the place.
‘Then she goes, “Now, I’ll have the chicken or the beef?” Then she goes, “The chicken looks better. I’ll get the chicken”,’ she said.
Then she approaches the woman and asks, “Are those large noodles, the thick ones, truly springy and chewy, or are they somewhat dried out and possibly sitting around for hours?”
‘I’m thinking, “It’s around 12:30 PM. How long does ‘all day’ mean to you?”’
And this Chinese woman says,
Haven’t you visited this place earlier? Here are the noodles; their flavor remains exactly as it has always been.
The woman subsequently opted for the thick noodles, however, Maggie had reached her limit and was tired of waiting.
She mentioned that she lost her temper when the woman took as long as “it would take four people to order” and proceeded to order two dim sims with sweet and sour sauce out of turn.
Maggie mentioned that the lady subsequently informed her, “Pardon me, but I am currently in the process of placing my order.”
The pregnant woman mentioned that the lady was not just maintaining ‘the entire queue,’ but also upset the employees at the counter by asking about the noodles.
“You were given 20 minutes to consider what you intended to do. Since you didn’t accomplish it, your behavior appears self-centered,” she said to the woman.
Maggie subsequently took her dim sims after settling the payment, causing the woman to look on in astonishment.
‘I walk out of there and this woman grabs me on the arm on the way out and she goes, “Thank you. Jesus Christ, we need to work on line etiquette.”
‘She was like, “You go in your car and have your dim dims, love, and feel better”. She was like, “People like that need to be told.”‘
Maggie shared another video reflecting on the incident, revealing she had no regrets about it.
‘This morning, I was thinking about it and it was aggressive and I probably made the situation worse, but I am angry when I’m pregnant, I have zero tolerance,’ she said.
‘I had a confrontation at the sushi noodle place… and I feel great about it.’
Many social media users supported Maggie, asserting that the woman at the counter ought to have been more aware of the situation.
“One suggestion is allowing the person behind you to proceed if you’re unsure of your choice,” someone commented.
“Seriously, being angry when pregnant and hungry takes it to a whole new level. It’s like you transform into a completely different person for a short time,” one commented.
‘A third person chimed in, ‘Make your decision while you wait! Avoid delaying everyone and speak to your partner as an adult, not like they’re a child.’
Others supported the woman’s behavior, asserting that Maggie needed to demonstrate greater patience.
“I beg to differ. Individuals should be allowed to spend as much time as they need when placing their order,” another commented.
They queued up just as others did. It would take you merely another half minute to three minutes to wait while they decided.
